This morning whilst it was raining I decided to make a start on the Christmas DVDs. The present I was most impressed with (mainly because it was bought online, something which I thought my parents would never master) was the complete World at War series. This is the set I had been drooling over for years and now I finally own it. Started watching it but only managed to cross off an hour out of a total of 35 before the box set of the A-team series one started moaning to be played so I started watching BA bust some skulls instead. I have also discovered that the wife to be likes the A-Team just as much as me - I have a hunce its something to do with the Face Man.

So what are the plans tonight? Well theres a party which we’ve been invited to which sounds tempting though the early start doesn’t sound very appealing. So a few of us are getting together before hand for a bit of a do and sample the delights of our cooking before making our way to the gathering for the countdown.

Its funny, part of me is looking forward to 2006 because of the wedding and everything but the other part of me isn’t because we know theres sad news on the horizon.
