Like: The first of the vegetables went into the ground today. Lots of digging and fertilizing before hand though to ensure they succeed. We’ve supplimented our stock with other seedlings bought this morning from the local garden centre. Its nice to finally get started after what seems such a long winter. And having cucumber plants called Femspots can’t be bad either (snigger).

Dislike: Visiting Waitrose (the middle class’s Tesco) I was greeted by a snotty suck up woman and her toffee nosed son at the checkout. They very kindly decided to hold everyone up whilst they disputed the price of an oven baked ciabata. It’s just bread you pillocks and more astonishingly it was just 5p more than they thought it was. In the end after 5 minutes of assistants running around after them they gave in and paying the extra 5p loaded up their 4×4.
