I’ve bought myself a webcam and using the free software over at ww.com was up and broadcasting pictures to the world in minutes. Ok, the refresh rate is a little on the slow side but as its free who cares. I’m still on the look out though for a better solution, so any suggestions please write on a blank postcard or stuck down envelope to the usual address.

Much fun was had entertaining the troops last night although I would have got away with whacking the wife over the head with the guitar if it wasn’t for Mr David emailing through the evidence.

I’ve had fun pratting about but wouldn’t mind putting it to better use. Make Magazine had a weekend project where there showed you how to make a simple yet rather effective webcam bird feeder, so thats one possibility. One other is to have it overlooking the alley down the side of our flat. Glue a 10 pence piece to the pavement and watch the fun unfold.
