Seems like a few people are going down this route lately - making lego key hangers. Basically all you need to do is screw a picture hook thingy into a lego brick or two, fix another strip of lego to where ever you wish to hang them and presto! No more missing keys! And the lego brick looks pretty good as a keyring too when out and about.
