It was the Race for Life again here in the city and as always there was a huge turnout with women of all ages and abilities running the 5km route to raise awareness and money for Cancer Research. The day started off cool but by the time the race started it was rather warm but that didn’t put people off from really going for it.

I am very proud to say that the Pine Martin came in at a nice 25m 01s which was an improvement on the previous time. The key is to get off to a good start and the wife obviously put her pointy elbows to good use by securing a place near to the front.
