This weekend has been taken up by looking after our pets, in particular Ginger who isn’t very well at all. The outside loo has been cleared, scrubbed and disinfected. Ethel has been returned to her house but Ginger has been moved indoors where we’re keeping her warm in a box of hay.

I sat with Ginger last night and sketched her whilst she slept. I wish we could work out what was wrong with her, we’ve attempted to find out ourselves with the help of the good old internet but its only thrown up a few fatal suggestions. One things for sure though, the old birds still with us and we’re just trying to make her as comfortable as possible.
