I have been giving the badge making some serious consideration recently and will shortly be setting up a small online shop linked into Etsy to help me sell them. Its hoped that the Rusty Rocket and Belle Buttons will be sharing an analogue stall very soon too.

I will still give away samples to whoever appreciates them but I will be starting to sell a select range to raise a bit of pocket money and to fund my other projects like the zine. The first badges hot off the press are the Rusty Cogs. I never knew how hard it was to draw perfect cogs from scratch before now.

The Rusty Rocket will eventually expand into web design but as things are getting busy very quickly shortly, I’m taking small steps. Besides which, the Rocket’s bartering of services idea has generated enough interest already, helping some great people out with site designs so it’ll just be a case of stepping this up to the next level nearer the time.
