This morning we made an early start and headed for the coast. It seemed like an age since we last visited Mudeford (2008 in fact) and it was great to return with Charlie. Charlie hasn’t been introduced to the sea before so we were curious as to how he would take it.

Well, he watched the waves constantly with a curious look permenantly on his face implying that he definately wasn’t sure about it and when we took him in for a paddle, he joined the other screaming toddlers being forced into the water by their parents along the same beach. So we carried on exploring with him in the backpack which he seemed rather content with and loved watching the boats and birds from the comfort of his own private mode of transport - The Mummy.

On our travels I collected a rock for the collection and added another sound for my Sounds of 2010 project. You can listen to it here.
Having returned home and going through the photographs of the day it looks as though once again I have unintentionally taken the same shots, though it is interesting to see differences between visits.
